When is the best time to photograph newborn?The ideal time for a newborn photoshoot is when your baby is between 10 and 21 days old. During this window, they are naturally sleepier and more flexible, making it easier to capture those beautifully curled, classic newborn poses.
But please don’t worry if your baby is slightly older! Every milestone is worth celebrating, and we can still capture gorgeous, timeless memories of your little one at any stage.
What do I need to bring to the session?I provide a beautiful variety of premium props, outfits, and accessories for both baby girls and boys. Everything is completely provided for your session, so all you need to bring is yourself and your sweet little bundle of joy!
Where do sessions usually take place?My studio is located in Hendon (NW4), and I would love to welcome you into my space. However, if traveling with a newborn feels a bit too overwhelming right now, I can bring the studio to you! I am happy to travel to your home, fully equipped with everything needed to create a comfortable, professional photoshoot.
Can we take family photographs?Every session booked with Laya Baby Photography is designed to beautifully celebrate your little one. While our standard packages focus exclusively on your newborn, our special packages offer the wonderful option to include the whole family, parents, or siblings in the photos.
